RE

Here at Whetstone we follow the Walsall Sacre scheme for RE. The aim of this scheme is to ensure that all pupils will know about and understand a range of religions and worldviews. They will express ideas and insights of their own into the significant human questions which religions address, gaining and deploying the skills needed to study religion.

Right of Withdrawal from Religious Education
Parents and carers have the right to withdraw their child from all or part of Religious Education (RE). If you are considering withdrawing your child from RE, please contact the Headteacher so that the arrangements can be discussed and appropriate provision can be made.
