For those of you who have given us mobile phone numbers, we will use the text messaging service to contact you.
In addition you will see our bulletin on the school’s web site,
Mr Hallett will clear two paths if it snows, one from the Beaufort Way entrance and one from the Whetstone Lane entrance. Pupils should come into the playground via one of these routes and enter school through the nearest door. Pupils should not try to walk across the snow to reach another entrance. Pupils should exit the same way at the end of the school day.
Please do not try to come into school with your child, there will be plenty of staff around to ensure that pupils reach their own classrooms. The school will remain open unless it is impossible for Mr Hallett to safely clear pathways or if too few staff are able to make the journey to work. Mr Hallett is not required to clear pathways on the public pavement outside our school grounds.
Please advise the school as early as possible by phone if your child is not able to attend because you are unable to travel to school.
